On October 12, we were convinced that Martha Stewart was trying out Bumpits for the first time, given her voluminous bob. Just four days later, Stewart took inspiration from the film Breakfast at Tiffany’s for a bedazzled, glamorous updo.

On October 13, Stewart hosted the Brunch at the Blue Box Cafe alongside Daniel Boulud for the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival. She wore a black, flowy, long-sleeved dress with matching heels and gilded pearl jewelry. If you’re unfamiliar with the classic ‘60s film, Audrey Hepburn plays the protagonist, Holly Golightly, who wears a little black dress and a gravity-defying updo topped with a sparkly barrette, as seen on the film’s iconic promotional poster.

Stewart’s hair was no different. Her short blonde hair was parted on the side and gathered into a roll on the crown of her head. You can see the gleaming barrette in the shape of a snowflake placed right in front and center of the bun. Though this style looked polished, it was still secured loosely, so you can see wisps of hair poking out around her sideburns and from the bun.
