Lizzo’s go-to manicurist Eri Ishizu shaped the star’s nails into medium length squovals, then covered the entire nail, base to tip, in a layer of silver chrome. Once the nails were dry, Ishizu painstakingly applied a variety of gemstones and crystals in shades of diamond white and chartreuse green.
