Keke Palmer has been hitting a little bit different lately. We have a good feeling it’s just that new mom glow plus her own natural radiance coming out more as summer brings more sunshine and warmth. Regardless, we are currently in love with the latest selfies she posted on April 12 in which she is bringing back the classic duck lips and peace sign pose with a curly half-up ponytail and side bangs.
Palmer posted the cutest selfies of herself on Instagram with the caption, “And a good day to yewwwww love.” The top half of her hair was slicked back into a high ponytail on her crown. Her hair fell in tousled waves from her half-up updo and cascaded towards her chest.
Her baby hairs were slicked and laid in place, but these edges were far from dramatic. A simple singular swoop adorned each temple. The finishing touch was her lightly curled faux side bangs, which looked like they were created with some of the hair from her ponytail.
Her short nails were completely bare, and her makeup was on the more subdued side. Her lashes looked super long — perhaps it’s an amazing pair of falsies, a great mascara, or some lash extensions?
