Bobs are a classic cut that will truly never go out of style. With that said, we’ve been noticing a new crop of celebrities embracing the short style, so we’re declaring 2023 the year of the bob. Jennifer Garner first went short in November 2022 with a bob that just passed her shoulders, but as the weeks went by, it looked as if she was growing it out entering 2023. However, based on recent photos, it’s clear that Garner is staying committed to her bob era with a fresh cut and set of highlights — providing some new style inspiration for short haircuts.
The “13 Going on 30” actor was spotted in the streets of New York City with her lightly textured bob on April 11. Her hair was styled with loose waves and lightly flipped ends that gave it body and volume. She was on Team Side Part in this instance with curled side bangs that draped over one side of her forehead. Her brunette hair was full of lighter caramel and honey-blonde highlights that added dimension and depth to her darker hair.
