However, Markle’s latest updo is much more aligned with her signature messy bun than the formal looks of yore, and while I don’t know what to call said updo, I know one thing: I really, really like it.
Markle and Prince Harry flew to New York for the The Archewell Foundation Parents’ Summit: Mental Wellness in the Digital Age, an event tied to World Mental Health Day. For the discussion, Markle wore her dark hair pulled loosely back and pinned at the crown of her head, then knotted into a twisted, looped style that’s part ponytail and part bun. The style was effortlessly elegant but relaxed; a few tendrils were pulled out on either side of her face, though she kept one tucked behind her ear, and a small piece of hair escaped the updo, adding to the casual vibe.
