Clearly, Helen Mirren got the dopamine dressing memo. In mid-May, she blessed the world with her multi-hued blue hair — a stunning mix of periwinkle, cobalt, and baby blue shades — at the Cannes Film Festival. The annual French event may be over, but Mirren isn’t easing up on colorful looks. For her latest one, she swapped out a bright hair color for a pretty-in-pink hair accessory.
On June 3, Mirren arrived at the Ora! Film Festival, held in Italy, wearing a monochromatic pink ensemble, including her thick headband. The hair styling for this look was minimal with her naturally white hair swept towards the back.
Her neon pink knotted headband was placed about an inch behind her head, keeping her hair out of her face. The bright hair accessory fit in perfectly with her vibrant pink dress that was adorned with various embellishments, including pearls and beads.
Her makeup also played with pink, in a very wearable way. It looked as if she had hints of pink pigments dusted on her waterline and painted onto her lips. Her short nails looked bare, though there could be a sheer pink polish involved.
