Gabrielle Union changes up her hair pretty frequently, so we’ve written about her occasional foray into the whimsical world of bangs a time or 12. There were those side-swept, under-beanie bangs just this past December, and who could forget her recurring curtain bangs over the years? But the look she debuted today at Paris Fashion Week may be the first time we ‘ve seen her with a fringe style quite like this.

On Monday, March 6, Union topped off a fabulous multi-jacket ensemble with her bluntest bangs ever. We’re talking not a hint of forehead skin showing through — just a stunningly thick pasture of hair chopped ever so unevenly right below the eyebrows.

Unlike her beloved curtain bangs, which typically blend into the rest of her hair via layers, these blunt bangs sit in stark contrast with the super-straight, super-long style she wore to today’s shows, creating a clear demarcation at Union’s temples.

Stylist Issac Poleon, who has done Union’s hair for past Fashion Weeks, was behind the gorgeous look, according to makeup artist Esther Edeme. Edeme posted a photo carousel on Instagram that gave us a closeup of not only the glowing Nars-centric makeup look she did on the multi-hyphenate but also the hairstyle, which is arguably equally glowing. Look at that shine!
