Move over, wet look hair — there’s a new post-shower trend in town, and Jennifer Garner just brought it to our attention.
Garner rocked a twist on the wet hair trend for the The Last Thing He Told Me premiere in Los Angeles on April 13, wearing her chin-length bob pushed back from her face and styled in loose, undone waves that appeared a bit damp, as though she hopped out of the pool, spritzed in a little leave-in conditioner and headed to the event. Her hair isn’t wet, per se, but rather alllllmost dry, and instead of giving off a sleek and chic aesthetic like a slicked-back wet look style, it feels more casual and cool, much like Garner’s whole aura.
The style also gave her strapless white pencil dress a touch of edge and kept it from feeling too formal. Garner always exudes an approachable, fun and friendly vibe, and this premiere look was the perfect example of her signature style. The actor kept her makeup as easygoing and beachy as the bob with dewy skin, a touch of peachy pink blush and matching eye shadow and a gorgeous sheer warm pink lip color. Gold sandals, a few rings and a gorgeous pair of diamond drop earrings were her only accessories, playing off the metallic gold decals on the dress.
