Katee Sackhoff is set to reprise her role as Bo-Katan Kryze for the third season of the Disney Plus series The Mandalorian.

The second season of The Mandalorian introduced audiences to a live-action version of Bo-Katan Kryze, a Star Wars character with a rich history thanks to The Clone Wars and Rebels. Katee Sackhoff was tasked with bringing Bo-Katan to life after voicing her in the two animated projects and the actress has now been confirmed as part of the cast of The Mandalorian season three.

During Star Wars Celebration, Lucasfilm confimed that Bo-Katan Kryze is coming back for the third season of The Mandalorian, which is currently scheduled to premiere in 2023. The first footage from season three, which has not been released online, teased an antagonistic role for Bo-Katan, with the character coming face-to-face with Din Djarin and Grogu.

The rest of The Mandalorian season three footage also showed off three other returning cast members — Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi and Omid Abtahi. The three actors play Greef Karga, Dr. Pershing and The Armorer, respectively.
